How does your in-home consultation work?
We come to your home at a time that works for you, bringing a selection of flooring samples. You'll be able to see the products in your actual lighting and next to your furniture. We'll measure your rooms, discuss your preferences, and give you a single all-inclusive price — no separate fees for labor, delivery, or removal.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in San Mateo and serve the entire Bay Area, including San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Fremont, Redwood City, Palo Alto, Daly City, and all surrounding communities.
What's included in your all-inclusive price?
Everything! Our price includes the flooring product, professional measuring, delivery, installation, carpet padding (if applicable), furniture moving, old floor removal, cleanup, and haul-away. No hidden fees, no surprise charges.
How long does installation take?
Most installations are completed in 1–2 days depending on the size of the project. We'll give you a clear timeline during your consultation so there are no surprises.
Do you offer financing?

What if I'm not happy with my new floors?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If there's any issue with the product or installation, contact us and we'll make it right. We stand behind every job we do.
Can I see the flooring before I buy?
Absolutely! You have two options: schedule a free in-home consultation where we bring samples to you, or visit our warehouse in San Mateo to see our full inventory in person.
Do you install hardwood flooring?
